Our Workflow
Consult
Work closely with our engineers to define your product specifications, target market applications, and any special requirements. Alternatively, simply provide us with your prototype drawings or design files. We will guide you through a structured specification form to help identify and confirm all the essential details before moving forward.
Custom Design
Based on the information provided, our engineering team will develop an initial design concept and recommend a suitable solution. We will preliminarily define key specifications, including materials, dimensions, display resolution and pixel pitch, along with other essential technical details. A preliminary quotation will also be provided to help you evaluate the proposed solution and project budget.
Prototype
Based on the mutually approved design, we will proceed with the production of the first prototype. The estimated lead time is 7–15 days. Once completed, you can evaluate the prototype through a live video demonstration or have the physical sample shipped directly to you for inspection and approval.
Approval
Before moving into mass production, we will go through a feedback and refinement process, making any necessary adjustments based on your comments and requirements. Final production will only proceed once all specifications, design details, and the prototype have been reviewed and approved by you.
Mass production
We offer comprehensive in-house manufacturing capabilities, supported by end-to-end quality control throughout the entire production process. This includes continuous quality inspections, aging tests, real-time production reports, and rigorous final product testing before shipment, ensuring consistent quality, reliability, and performance in every finished product.
Delivery
We will carefully package your products and arrange delivery to your designated destination according to your requirements, offering flexible shipping options including sea freight, air freight, and road transportation.
