Customize Your LED Props

First of all, except for customized solutions, all of our standard LED screens are plug-and-play. Simply connect the power supply and turn on the switch to start using them.In addition, all of our LED screens come with the necessary installation accessories, making it very convenient to mount them on walls or other required surfaces. No advanced technical knowledge or professional expertise is required, so you can easily complete the installation yourself.

It’s very simple. Our screens use standard NovaStar products and software for content control. You can easily find the ViPlex Handy App in the App Store or Google Play. No registration is required after downloading the app. Simply follow the instructions in the app, and you can easily change and update the content displayed on the screen. To make things even easier for you, we have also prepared a simple and easy-to-follow quick operation guide. A printed copy will be included with your product, and an electronic version will also be available for download from our website.

Customized LED displays are what we do best! We are always happy to receive your custom requirements, and even if you only need a single unit, we are more than happy to customize it for you. Whether you need one piece or a larger quantity, we are committed to helping you turn your idea into a finished product quickly and efficiently. All you need to provide is a rough sketch or drawing of the LED or LCD screen you have in mind, including key information such as the dimensions, pixel specifications, power cable outlet location, and other relevant details. We can then help you refine and optimize the design and provide you with detailed technical drawings for your review and confirmation. Once everything is confirmed, we will immediately start production and arrange delivery as quickly as possible. If required, we can also send you photos or videos of the semi-finished product during production, allowing you to review and confirm the details once again before we proceed to the final stage.

1. Installation Space and Load-Bearing CapacityPlease confirm that the installation location has sufficient space for the screen and can safely support its total weight. We recommend leaving at least 5 mm of clearance on each side of the screen, both horizontally and vertically. In addition, the installation point should have a load-bearing capacity of at least twice the screen’s actual weight. For example, if the screen measures 1002 mm (L) × 252 mm (H) × 62 mm (D) and weighs 7 kg, the installation location should provide at least 1012 mm (L) × 262 mm (H) of available space and be capable of safely supporting at least 14 kg.2. Power Supply at the Installation LocationPlease confirm that there is a suitable power supply available near the screen installation location.3. Power Supply CapacityPlease confirm that the available power supply can support the screen’s power consumption. For example, a standard 220 V / 16 A single circuit, when used exclusively for the LED screen and not shared with other equipment, can theoretically provide approximately 3.6 kW of power. Please note that the LED screen’s peak power consumption during startup can be approximately three times its normal operating consumption. Therefore, please make sure that the screen’s average power consumption does not exceed approximately 1.5 kW under the above power-supply conditions. If the average power consumption of your screen exceeds this level, an additional power supply circuit will be required.
